first recipe for Cake with apricot and vanilla sugar

Ingredients:

125 g of flour
1/2 packet of yeast
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
10 cl of milk
10 cl of oil
1 large box of apricot preserves
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
butter and hazelnuts

Preparation:

Wash and pit the apricots, then spread with butter and sprinkle the mold with sugar. Arrange the apricots in the bottom of the mold.
In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add in the flour and almond powder, baking powder and finally the melted butter.
Pour the preparation into the mould and then put in the oven for 45 min. Remove from pan once cooled.
Tricks and tips for Cake with apricots
You can add a handful of slivered almonds on the top of the cake for the greediest.
